Lean Bison Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 lbs 90% Lean ground bison
- 1 Red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Large garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2" Fresh ginger root (finely chopped/grated)
- 3 Thai hot chili peppers optional
- 1 tbsp Ground cuin
- 1 tbsp Ground coriander
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fire up the grill.
- Combine all ingredients and form 8 patties.
- Grill to medium rare.
- Serve with desired toppings such as avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
